Is India not promoting its tourism spots properly?

In my opinion, India has not been marketing its tourism spots as effectively as it could. Despite its rich cultural heritage and numerous picturesque locations, many potential tourists remain unaware of what India has to offer. The country's promotional strategies seem to lack the creativity and reach needed to compete on a global scale. Additionally, issues such as inadequate infrastructure and concerns about safety may also be impacting the perception of India as a prime tourist destination. All things considered, there's plenty of room for improvement in how India showcases its tourism potential to the world.
